Steven, Kendell, Devon were the greatest crew. They were efficient, good at their job and I found them to be kind and caring. They took care with all my glass and fragile items. There was great communication to tell me when they were coming and how long it would take. The delivery was timely and they unloaded everything exactly where I needed it to be, being careful to make sure everything got plugged in and connected. I hope I never have to move again, lol, but if I do I would definitely use Agility Van Lines and I would ask to have this same crew. Thanks guys so much!!!

From the very beginning talking to Shane to get my move booked, to working with Denise for all the coordination/logistics, and finally to Billy Jean and Jahfari actually handling the packing, loading, delivery, and unloading, everything went great! Thanks again Agility team! ***UPDATE*** So I'm finishing unpacking today and just felt the need to call something out. One of the boxes had the words "Thank you for your service" on it, so I immediately knew it had my grandfather's WWII memorial flag in it. I opened the box to find that the flag itself was probably wrapped up and protected better than any of my other belongings (all of which were wrapped/protected very well to begin with). I can't thank Billy Jean and Jahfari enough for that. Small things like that often go unnoticed, so I just wanted to call it out and say how much I appreciated it. Thanks again!
