Agility was a delight to work with. Our move was “challenging” to say the least. We moved from Va. to Fla., and the closing date on the sale of our Va. home was changed 3 times by the buyers, necessitating our need to call Agility to change the pick up and delivery dates. Shane was very understanding and patient with our situation. Both the pick up, and delivery, crew was polite and professional, and super careful in handling our furnishings and belongings. We hired Agility Van Lines to move us from Port Richey Florida to Blairsville Georgia. From the very beginning our contacts with them were spot on. The representative we dealt with to set up the move answered any questions we might have. He kept in contact with us updating what we needed to do and when the movers would be at our house. The movers called us the day of the move to update what time they should arrive and they were right on time. The movers we had packing the van were polite and very efficient. We throughly enjoy talking with them while they work. Their names were Billy Jean and Lucas. We couldn’t believe how quickly they got everything in the van. The van arrived on the day they told us it was coming and this time we had Trevor, Kendel and Steven unload us. They also were very nice and took care of our items like they were their own. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. All the employees were super.

He made me feel comfortable from the first phone call. We went over my inventory via FaceTime and it was a breeze. He was upfront with pricing and always available for any of my many questions throughout the process. Denise kept me updated on the timing of pickup and drop off. While Shane and Denise were great, the crew that handled my move were phenomenal! Billie Jean, Nate, and Lucas were kind, professional, respectful to me and with my belongings/home. I chose to pack most of my items but they did pack a few fragile things for me such as a TV and large floor mirror. Those items arrived without a scratch. All of my furniture was wrapped extremely well and handled with care. I can’t say enough good things about the crew. I didn’t have to lift a finger, they did everything with a smile. I won’t be moving again for a while but when the time comes I will certainly reach out to Agility. They made a stressful situation so easy!

I just want to say that I'm pretty impressed. I was skeptical going into this based on past moving experiences. But this move was fast and smooth. I did all of the packing. Jean (Billy Jean. But not "Michael Jackson) had a crew meet him and help to load the truck at pickup Thursday morning. Another crew met up 600 miles away at drop off. It's now Saturday at 100pm and they have been done for at least an hour. Jean, Ontario and Marcus killed it on drop off and setup. Jean, Marc and Ontario's brother loaded at pickup. Every single one of these gentlemen were polite, professional and hard workers. Agility not only beat the prices of the others, but service experiences I have had in the past.

Thanks to billy jean. Nathanial and lucas. For the great job they did packing up for my move . They worked steadily with cheerful attitudes and loaded what seemed like a billion boxes into the truck. After labeling each boxThey also loaded an antique standing grsnd piano. Working together they figured how to do move this 800 pound monster down two steps onto the lift a very impressive feat! I missed them for the trip to Fla but their replacements. Isaak and Juan did a great job bringing everything into the house, they set up all heavy furniture and carpets they called in a third man to help with the piano to be safe, they all show wonderful attitudes and were eager to keep me happy . I was very impressed with all 6 workers!

Alex and Cedric did an AMAZING job moving us from Augusta to Baltimore!!! They helped us box up items that were loose (this did cost a little extra but was worth the expense). They skillfully maneuvered oversized items into our brownstone and were patient as we directed where our totes should go. Thanks to billy jean. Nathanial and lucas. For the great job they did packing up for my move . They worked steadily with cheerful attitudes and loaded what seemed like a billion boxes into the truck. After labeling each boxThey also loaded an antique standing grsnd piano. Working together they figured how to do move this 800 pound monster down two steps onto the lift a very impressive feat! I missed them for the trip to Fla but their replacements. Isaak and Juan did a great job bringing everything into the house, they set up all heavy furniture and carpets they called in a third man to help with the piano to be safe, they all show wonderful attitudes and were eager to keep me happy . I was very impressed with all 6 workers!

Great company who saved me from a moving disaster! I moved from Florida to Tennessee and had scheduled the move with another company. When the other company arrived they had a small box truck and two guys. Found out they were going to transfer my furniture two times before it ever arrived in Tennessee. Long story short, I reached out to Agility and within days, there were able to pick up my belongings and drive to Tennessee. From the first call, to finally delivery, this company was the most professional moving group. These guys, Alex, David, Marcus, Teddy, Nate and Juan were wonderful. Appreciated how communicative they were, how polite and helpful (they wouldn’t let me lift a box) and how easygoing they were when boxes had to be moved from the garage to basement. No crushed boxes or damaged furniture. Slight damage to our screen door during the process of getting some large furniture items in the house, but they were very straightforward and pointed it out to my attention immediately. Would hire again!

This company is one of the best we ever hired. The people at every level were kind, supportive and knowledgeable. We ended up requiring an entire truck to move from MA to FL. Everything was explained up front. No fine print or surprises. The move was completed on time and no hidden charges. But what happened after the move will tell you everything you need to know about this company. They found some cash that we had hidden and forgot. It had fallen out of a piece of furniture. We have moved 10 times in the last 25 years. We’ve had some good experiences, but most of them have been way below average. And a few absolutely terrible. We had a great experience with Agility Van Lines. Our movers,Gayle and his crew, were pleasant and handled my belongings with care. I was especially worried about a twin bed set that we have that has a mechanical component, so they had to take some of it apart. I was hopefully optimistic that everything would work the way it did when reassembled, and it did. We will be moving again in four years for the last time and we will definitely use them again.

I had a very good experience with a long distance move using Agility Van Lines. Shane and Denise were very accessible and there were no surprise charges. The only area for improvement was communication about the timing of pickup and delivery, as there were significant delays with the estimated times and when the team arrived. But most importantly, the moving crew of Richard, Jafari and Trevor were extremely professional, efficient and took great care with all of my belongings! Nothing was damaged or lost---they kept track of every light bulb and every tiny shelf clip. Truly, Agility Van Lines is committed to doing the best possible job. Although moving is stressful, these good folks took the stress away.

This was my first time moving out of state. My experience with Agility Van Lines was great! Vinno and his crew did an awesome job! They wrapped everything and had the knowledge to maneuver some large items through small doorways. They were curtious, polite and worked diligently. I've heard many horror stories and was even a victim of a moving company that screwed me out of a lot of money. Agility Van Lines is not one those kind of companies! Nothing broken, nothing missing, no dents, scratches nothing was damaged! Everyone in the office was polite and very understanding to my situation. I researched Agility Van Lines on Angie's List and so glad I chose them to help me move my uncle's belonging from Illinois to Michigan. Shane was extremely professional and easy to work with they scheduled our move and it all went off as planned - no delays. The two movers were fast, courteous and respectful of my uncle's items and had no broken or lost things. They showed up the next day to deliver and the move was completed seamlessly. I would chose them again for any move I may have in the future!
